We had our boiler blow up in the middle of the winter and Rivercroft quoted a new high efficiency combo unit immediately and installed the following weekend. They were very efficient considering the time constraints and cold weather. They also had to run some new lines to our addition and install a couple rads. Derek has always been very responsive and informative in all our correspondences. They have done a thorough job and if anything wasn’t quite right they returned immediately to resolve the issue. They are very tidy while working, wearing shoe coverings, laying drop cloths and their pipe work is laid out thoughtfully.

Our AC broke during the hottest week in July! Mark was able to fit us in the same day, and came back to replace the broken part after 8pm that evening. They were Very efficient, extremely professional and very easy to communicate with. I Highly recommend this team.
